The Petzl MICRO TRAXION is an ultra-compact and extremely lightweight descender with very high efficiency. It is designed for rescue operations, hauling packs, and as an emergency ascender. The descender features a stainless steel locking cam with self-cleaning grooves, which provides a secure grip even on muddy or icy ropes. The integrated locking mechanism can be locked in the open position, allowing the device to be used as a standard pulley without a braking function. Thanks to its sealed ball bearings, it delivers an impressive efficiency of 91%, making heavy lifts significantly easier.
